Do you have a graduate scheme?
We're working on it. And you'll be the first to know when we do so watch this space... We do however have entry level/graduate roles available, so keep an eye on our careers site for all our opportunities.
I am not a resident of the UK and need a work permit to work in the UK. Will you sponsor me for a role in the UK?

How do I apply for a role in Customer Care?

There are no jobs for my skills/experience advertised at the moment, can I apply speculatively?
We're not accepting speculative CV's at the moment. But on the plus side, our current vacancies section is updated regularly, so keep an eye on there and hopefully something will come up pretty soon.
I'd love to model on your site, how can I strut my stuff?
All the models we use come from agencies. Please visit www.albamodelinformation.com for advice on how to sign up with an agency.
I can't find a role that I saw last week.

Where are your offices?
We have a number of offices based in the UK. Our HQ is based in Mornington Crescent in Camden, North London, Customer Care department in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, Technology office in Birmingham and our Warehouse is in Barnsley. We also have offices in Sydney, New York, France, Germany and China coming soon.

Thanks for your application! We're now taking a look at all the applications and we'll let you know if you've been successful to get through to interview or not. We'll try to get back to you within two weeks, but as some roles attract a large amount of applicants, it can sometimes take a little longer. So please bear with us.
Can I apply for more than one job?
Yes, once you're signed-up to the careers site you can apply for a number of roles and the applications will be considered separately. However, please apply for the roles that are most suitable to your experience and skills.

How can I get on your PSL?
On the rare occasions that both our team and the PSL are unable to find suitable candidates, we will make a call based on our own experience and the recommendations of peers in other companies.
Do you accept speculative CV's from agencies?
No, our Recruitment Team operates a direct sourcing model. We hire for the majority of our roles without using agencies and on the odd occasion where we need or want some help, we have a small PSL that do a great job of supporting us.
