What does an ASOS Intern get?

In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package – every Intern on the programme is assigned a mentor, offering support and guidance throughout their time at ASOS.

Our interns receive regular bite-sized training sessions focusing on personal and professional development as well as the opportunity to learn more about other departments and how we all fit together. We will even supply you with a selection of doughnuts and croissants for these breakfast sessions!

We asked our previous interns: What’s the best thing about being an intern at ASOS....

“You are part of a team and you are relied upon”

“Had a great year – learnt so much and couldn’t have asked for a better company to spend my internship with!”

“I never expected to feel so genuinely welcomed to a company and I feel like a part of ASOS and not just an intern”

“A rewarding scheme”

“I loved the training sessions – this has really helped me think about how I present myself when meeting with suppliers”

Our leaders help our people to grow by engaging their teams in lots of exciting new projects and challenges. Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment where everyone is passionate about want they do…what better place to have your internship!

How to apply?

We would require you to complete an online application - remember you do need to be an undergraduate who is required to complete a 12-month placement for our placement year scheme. For Summer Interns, you will need to be in the penultimate year of your studies to be eligible.

Once you have made your online application, if successful at this stage you will be invited to complete a video interview where you will be assessed on your role knowledge and have the opportunity to discuss your experience further.

Selected candidates will then be invited to a half day Assessment Centre which could involve a combination of group exercises, individual tasks, presentations and interviews.

Remember to relax and enjoy the experience - We can’t wait to hear your ideas and your knowledge of ASOS!
